GrubHub Mobile ordering allows you to place food orders from your smartphone using the GrubHub app! You can browse menus, customize items, and pay—all without waiting in line.
1. How do I get started?
- Download the official GrubHub app by clicking this link
- Create a new account. If you already have one, log in
- By using the link above, you should automatically be redirected to affiliate with the Lock Haven campus!
- PLEASE NOTE: We are currently experiencing an issue with our campus card provider, preventing students, faculty, or staff from adding their campus cards. We’re working to fix this issue as soon as possible and will send an email out to all campus community members when they are able to connect their campus card.
2. Which dining locations offer mobile ordering?
The new Upper Bentley Food Court will be the first campus dining location to offer GrubHub. Starbucks and the Bentley Market will not be offering mobile ordering at this time. Check the app to see participating locations and their hours.
3. Can I use my meal plan or dining dollars?
Yes! If your campus dining app is linked to your student account, you can use meal swipes, dining dollars, or other campus funds. PLEASE NOTE: While we are experiencing technological issues with connecting campus cards, GrubHub will be available for credit card purchases only.
4. How do I know when my order is ready?
You’ll receive a notification in the app when your order is ready for pick-up.
5. Can I customize my order?
Absolutely. Most menu items allow for customization—like removing ingredients, choosing sides, or adding extras.
6. What if I need to cancel or change my order?
Orders can usually be canceled within a short window after placing them. Check the app’s cancellation policy or contact the dining location directly.
7. Is there a wait time?
Wait times vary depending on menu selection and time of day. The app will give you an estimated pick-up time when you place your order. For example, peak lunch time hours will have longer expected wait times than late afternoon orders would.
8. What should I do when I arrive to pick up my order?
Go to the designated mobile pick-up area. Your order number will be on the bag. No need to wait in line!
9. Who do I contact if I have issues with my order?
Contact the dining location directly or use the support feature in the app. For payment issues, reach out to campus dining services via their “Contact Us” webpage.
